Every system we ship is five layers deep, designed and engineered as one.
One team owns the data model, the integrations, the tools your staff use, the content and the site your customers see. Nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
Growing businesses usually need two things: a website that sells, and an operation that has outgrown its spreadsheets. We build both, as one connected system, or start with whichever hurts most.
Marketing sites and online stores designed from a blank page, engineered for speed, and edited through a CMS built around your content.
Customer-facing products with accounts, billing and the business logic that sets you apart from everyone using the same off-the-shelf tool.
CRMs, quoting tools, portals and admin panels that replace spreadsheets and the five subscriptions that never quite talk to each other.
Couriers, payments, documents and email connected properly, so information moves on its own instead of being copied by hand.
Not sure where you fit? Most projects combine two or three of these. We'll help you work out what to build first.

Most growing businesses run on a patchwork of templates, plugins and subscriptions. Drag across to see what changes when the software is shaped around the business instead.

A working back office for a fictional equipment hire company, wired to a customer's phone. It's the same kind of system we build for clients, running in your browser.

Custom software shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. You see the plan before we start, the design before we build, and working software long before launch.
We sit down with the people who will use the system, map how work moves through the business, and agree a fixed scope and price.
System map, scope and proposal
Clickable prototypes of the key screens, tested with your team before any code is written. Changing a design is cheap; changing software is not.
Interactive prototype
We build in short cycles and give you a staging link early on, so you can click around the real thing long before launch day.
Working demos on staging
A careful go-live, training for your team and documentation. If you want us to, we stay on to maintain and extend the system as you grow.
Handover and training
Copying between tools, chasing spreadsheets, re-typing quotes. Adjust the numbers to match your team.

That's the same as paying for

to copy, chase and re-type. A system that does it for them gives that time back.
We take on a limited number of builds at a time so each one gets senior attention from the first call to launch day.

Who you'll work with
Seth Bredenkamp, founder
Seth runs every project personally, from the first call to launch day. You won't be passed to an account manager, and the person who learns how your business works is the one who builds it.
A fixed-scope project, from discovery to launch, for a new website, platform or back office.
Fixed price
Outgrown a template, plugins or a legacy system? We move your content and data into a custom build, and keep what already works.
Migration included
After launch, we can stay on to maintain, improve and grow the system with you, on terms that suit you.
Optional, after launch
Not sure which fits? Tell us where the business is heading and we'll suggest the right first step, even if that's something off the shelf.
Start a projectEvery build is scoped and quoted after an initial conversation. You receive a fixed proposal before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Sometimes you should, and we'll say so. Off-the-shelf tools are great until your business stops fitting them: when staff copy information between systems, pay for features they don't use, or bend the way they work around the software. That's the point where something built for you pays for itself.
Yes. When the project is paid you own the source code, the designs and your data outright. You are free to host it anywhere and work with anyone.
Usually, yes. We regularly integrate with payment, courier and email providers. Where a system has no API, we plan a sensible import or migration path instead.
It depends on scope, and the proposal includes a timeline. Either way you'll have a working staging link early in the build, so you can see and use the software long before launch.
A few hours at the start to walk us through how things work today, someone who can make decisions, and quick feedback on prototypes and the fortnightly demos. We handle the rest, including hosting, domains and moving your existing data across.
We can stay on to maintain, improve and extend the system, on terms agreed with you. You're never obliged to, because you own everything.
No. We're based in Cape Town and work remotely with clients across South Africa and internationally.
Send a short message, or build a scope in two minutes. Either way, you'll hear back from a person, not a sales sequence.
