Service 03 / 04
Back-office systems your team will actually use.
CRMs, quoting tools, portals and admin panels, designed around how work moves through your business. One login replaces the spreadsheets, inboxes and five subscriptions that never quite talk to each other.
Built for businesses that have outgrown the easy option.
- 01
Teams running on spreadsheets
The business works, but only because a few people know which sheet, which inbox and which version is the real one.
- 02
Businesses paying for tools that don't fit
You're renting a CRM, a quoting tool, a newsletter tool and more, and still copying information between them.
- 03
Owners who want to see the whole picture
You want to open one dashboard and know what's in the pipeline, what's overdue and what's working.
The problems it solves.
What we usually hear in a first conversation, and what we do about it.
Enquiries and quotes slip through the cracks.
A pipeline where every enquiry has a stage, an owner and a next step, with automatic follow-ups for quotes that go quiet.
The same information is typed in three places.
One database behind everything, so a customer entered once appears everywhere it's needed.
Nobody knows who changed what.
Roles that decide who can do what, and an audit trail that records every change.
Reports take a day to put together.
Live dashboards built on the same data your team works in, so the numbers are always current.
Everything it takes, under one roof.
Every proposal is different, but these are the building blocks. One team designs and engineers all of it, so nothing is lost in a hand-off.
- 01
Pipeline and CRM
Contacts, deals and stages on a board, with notes, owners, follow-up dates and activity history.
- 02
Quotes and PDFs
Structured quote requests, documents attached or generated, and the status of every quote at a glance.
- 03
Page builders
Edit your website from the same system, with sections that keep the brand intact.
- 04
Reporting
Dashboards for win rate, lead sources, demand and trends, with CSV export for your accountant.
- 05
Audit trails
Every change recorded with who, when and what, so mistakes are easy to trace and undo.
- 06
Roles and permissions
Admin, editor and viewer access, or whatever matches your team, enforced by the database.
Four stages, no surprises.
You see the plan before we start, the design before we build, and working software long before launch.
- Stage 1
Discovery
We sit with the people who do the work, map every step from enquiry to invoice, and find where time is being lost.
System map, scope and proposal
- Stage 2
Design
We prototype the screens your team will use fifty times a day, and test them with those same people.
Interactive prototype
- Stage 3
Build
Modules are built in order of value, so the most painful job is fixed first and in use on staging early.
Working demos on staging
- Stage 4
Launch & care
Data from your old tools is migrated, the team is trained, and we stay on to refine the system as habits settle.
Handover and training
Work that shows how we do it.

Engagement
One fixed price.
Every build is scoped with you first. You receive a fixed proposal with the scope, timeline and price before any work begins, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
- You own everything. The code, the designs and the data are yours outright. There are no licence fees, and nothing ties you to us or to a platform.
- Senior people only. The person you meet on the first call is the person writing your software. Nothing gets handed to a junior or outsourced.
- Support after launch. We can stay on to maintain and extend the system, if you want us to.
About back-office systems, answered.
Something else on your mind? See the general questions or ask us directly.
Usually, yes. We plan imports from spreadsheets and existing systems during discovery, and backfill records so the new system is useful from day one.
Some, but less than you'd expect, because the screens are designed around their work. We train everyone at launch, and systems can include a built-in help assistant.
Usually. Couriers, payments, documents and email are among the most common integrations we build, and if your accounting system has an API it can be connected too. See our integrations service for more.
Sign-in is invite-only, permissions are enforced by the database, credentials stay on the server, and every change is logged.
